At the time of rental, you will pay a full month's rent and a $75.00 deposit.  You will not be able to see the total until after you put in your payment information. For example, if you are renting a unit that is $100 a month, you will be charged $175 ($100 rent/$75 deposit) for the first month.  There isn't any sales tax or additional charges. The next month's rent will be prorated the 1st of the following month.  Click on our FAQ (frequently asked questions) tab above.
